How can we help you?

We're here to assist you.

Product

  • WaHa currently produces, on average, 12-18 liters of clean, drinkable water per day.

  • The purchase of WaHa comes with free installation (depending on your location) that includes an air filter and mineralization column. Additional air filters and mineralization columns can be purchased for an extra fee.

  • This depends on the water consumption per day, but for a household of 5, we recommend one WaHa device as it should be enough to satisfy daily consumption needs.

  • WaHa and a dehumidifier both take water from the air, but they serve different purposes. WaHa extracts moisture to generate clean drinking water using our adsorbent material even in very low humidity regions. In contrast, a dehumidifier is primarily designed to reduce humidity levels indoors, with the collected water typically not intended for drinking without further treatment. Typically, dehumidifiers find application in areas characterized by excessively high humidity levels.

    1. Condensation Method

      • WaHa: Adsorbent materials capture water vapor from the air. Once the moisture is adsorbed, it undergoes a desorption process, releasing the water for condensation and collection.

      • Other AWGs on the market: rely on direct cooling of air to its dew point temperature, causing water vapor to condense into liquid form. This condensed water is then collected for use.

    2. Humidity Requirements

      • WaHa: Can operate in all conditions especially low humidity conditions, making it suitable for regions with minimal atmospheric moisture.

      • Other AWGs on the market: Typically require higher humidity levels (>60%) for efficient water production, making them more suitable for areas with high atmospheric humidity.

    3. Energy Efficiency

      • WaHa: Generally considered more energy-efficient, especially in low humidity environments, as it doesn't rely solely on cooling air to achieve condensation.

      • Other AWGs on the market: Consume more energy, particularly in drier climates, where additional energy is needed to cool the air to its dew point.

    4. Application and Versatility

      • WaHa: Well-suited for arid or remote locations where atmospheric humidity is limited. Its ability to operate in low humidity conditions enhances its versatility.

      • Other AWGs on the market: Effective in regions with high humidity levels (>60%), making them a viable solution in areas where atmospheric moisture is more abundant.

  • WaHa was developed in the dry, desert, arid climate of Jordan. Its performance has been proven at the lowest of humidity levels, which makes it a product well suited for any climate condition (low-to-mid-to-high relative humidity and temperature).

  • The lifespan of WaHa is equivalent to the lifespan of the electronics used to power WaHa. Like any appliance, if your WaHa is well-maintained, then its lifespan will extend considerably.

  • Operational costs involve replacing the air filter and the mineralization column, both available for purchase. We recommend a semi-annual replacement schedule. Electricity expenses are based on your country price, with the WaHa rated at <1 kW.

  • WaHa is rated at <1kW.

  • The dimensions of WaHa (l x w x d) are 1 x 0.6 x 0.4 meters or 3.3 x 2 x 1.3 feet.

  • WaHa weighs <90 kg or <200 lbs.

  • WaHa is designed to be installed inside for personal consumption, but also can be installed and operated outside. Our certified installation experts will assess your home or commercial space to provide their recommendations for the installation location.

  • We are in the process of securing electrical safety (including CE, CA and CB), electromagnetic compatibility, and water safety certifications.

Water

  • Yes, WaHa water is pure mineralized drinking water that meets WHO standards.

  • WaHa water meets WHO standards for drinking water.

  • AquaPoro is currently in the process of securing the relevant certifications for ensuring World Health Organization water quality standards.

  • WaHa has four layers of air processing. The first is a large, external filter that allows for large particles in air to precipitate out prior to the air entering the device. The second is a 0.3 μm air filter that removes all small particulates from the air before it enters the adsorption chamber. The third is the adsorbent material itself selects for the capture of water vapor only, thereby allowing everything else to pass through. Finally, the collected liquid water is passed through a mineralization column that not only mineralizes the water for taste, but also filters the water for quality.

  • The WaHa will connect to your water dispenser using an external hose, automatically filling your water bottle. If you opted for the WaHa with an external reservoir feature, an automatic switch ensures both the external reservoir and your main water bottle are filled, prioritizing your bottle for continuous replenishment.

  • Every internal component of WaHa that comes into contact with water is crafted from high quality food-grade materials, ensuring the water remains uncontaminated. Additionally, it incorporates a four-layer air processing system.

  • If you have a standard WaHa without an external reservoir, an automatic valve will shut off the device when your water bottle positioned above your water dispenser reaches full capacity. However, if you've opted for the external reservoir, the automatic valve will divert to your storage container once your bottle is full. The device will only turn off when both your storage and main bottle are filled, with the main bottle given priority.

  • You have the flexibility to position the secondary water storage tank either beside the WaHa, inside a storage room, on your balcony outdoors, or in any location close to the WaHa, allowing our team to connect it using an external hose.

Installation and Maintenance

  • WaHa is installed by an experienced team of certified AquaPoro installation experts that will ensure that the process is easy, smooth, and to your satisfaction.

  • WaHa is low maintenance and requires only to periodically change the air filter and mineralization column semi-annually.

  • We work with local certified AquaPoro installation experts to make sure that any issues that you experience are immediately addressed and serviced.
